Day 1 – Mindful Breathing Meditation
28-DAYS OF SPIRITUAL WELLNESS PROGRAM
Welcome to Day 1. I am so grateful that you can trust me to guide you through the next 28-days. The first week, we are going to just focus on mindful breathing, so this is great for beginners but if you are experienced this is also for you. Week 2, we will be practicing mindfulness journaling, so please have a journal or some paper and a writing utensil. Week 3, we will practice gratitude and positive affirmations. Finally, the last week we will be balancing and aligning our chakras. Enjoy your first day.

Maybe play some realizing meditation music m. It will help focus the breathing

The first week I wanted it to just simply focus on breath, but the 2nd, 3rd and 4th week will have meditation music. If you are having a hard time then I can consider adding some, if you think it’s distracting without it.
