What is Emotional Wellness?
Our emotional wellness is linked to our mental wellness. We experience emotions after we have processed our thoughts. Psychologists define emotions are a combination of our cognitions, feelings and actions. An individual who is emotionally well is able to accept and manage their feelings through challenges and changes. It allows you to be able to feel through your emotions as it is happening without being overwhelmed by them.
