I think if you go, I do this every day, and your mind is on your work, the weight on the bar, your heart is fine, you can sleep for two or three days and your mind will be on something else, the problem in your life that you have not worked on. So when you start training with that kind of mind, when you start doing what you need to do, you just stop and you are always trying to think about this or that or that again.
